I have been blogging since 2007. In the early summer of 2015 I launched Adventures in Alana-Land. My blog has served many purposes to me over the years, it has been a diary, a way to connect with my family, a way to share adventures while I lived in Japan, an outlet for my thoughts, a documentary of my daughter, and so much more. I hope you find something here that you enjoy.
I am a student working on finishing my Bachelors in History, I also am working on my associates in Early Childhood Development. I have lots of ideas for what I want to be “when I grow up”. For now I am working to finish my degree in the next couple years so I can take over when my husband retires from the Marine Corps, he can be a stay at home dad if he wants, and I’ll do the working! But we’ll just have to see where life takes us.
I have lived in Arizona, New England, Okinawa Japan, Montana, and currently Southern California.
I love a good adventure, I love photography, I love sunshine, I love the beach, and I love naps.
